Google Apps Transfer Token for Direct Customers
Google Migration process
You can access a domain’s transfer token at http://www.google.com/a/cpanel/your_domain.com/TransferToken. (Make sure to replace your_domain.com with the actual domain name.) Once you authenticate with a valid admin username and password, this page contains a token URL which allows you to transfer the management of your Google Apps account to a new Google Apps Authorized Reseller.
After generating a new token, email the token’s alphanumeric code to AdvanceCo’s Transition Team. Our team will then complete the transfer for you. Remember, transfer tokens expire 5 days after being generated.
Once the transfer token is received by AdvanceCo, you will receive a new agreement reflecting a new 12 month subscription directly through AdvanceCo. Google will provide you with a refund for the remaining period of service on the number of your transferred seats from your original account with Google. For Google Apps for Work accounts purchased directly online from Google, a refund for the remaining portion of the original subscription will be posted to your credit card within 1-2 months.
