At AdvanceCo we offer production support and ongoing maintenance for our premium listing.  We will provide documentation for migration between versions, and from the last two versions to a currently supported version.   Version upgrades may occur on a quarterly basis.  Upgrades and updates will be communicated to all subscribers.  Support will include package updates, FAQ, and update/upgrade instructions. We offer various levels of support for AWS Marketplace listing as well as custom installation, reporting, and notifications.
